The firm represents business and nonprofit entities regarding intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and commercial or trade names. We handle the registration, acquisition, protection, and dispute resolution of intellectual property assets, including infringement claims, under both Puerto Rican and United States laws, as well as issues related to moral rights, work-for-hire agreements, visual arts, and derivative works.

The Firm provides advice on U.S. immigration matters in a wide range of visa categories, including L-1, H-1B, and other investor visas, for the effective international movement and relocation of employees and executives in compliance with U.S. laws. We also provide support in obtaining Labor Certifications from the US Department of Labor as well as temporary visas and permanent residency for business, managerial, and executive personnel.
